The instructions say.....to update drivers before using software. Ok, I tried that but it has three machines listed and the Mini is not one of them. So, my thinking is that Provo Craft needs to update their update. Please advise. Thanks

When I was in CCR and did a test cut file for the mini. I got a window that opened to update the mini right from CCR.
Thats is where I updated it.

Make sure you have the latest version of Craft Room downloaded (it will prompt you when you start up if you don't). Without having your machine on, go to the help menuy and install the drivers. Then connect your machine to your PC and turn it on. If you are prompted by windows to install hardware drivers, go ahead and do it. Be patient as it locates the drivers. After the drivers load, it should work properly. Hope this helps.Cool

Did you have your MINI hooked up to your computer BEFORE you went up to the HELP menu? When I go into CCR, I see four possible installations there (the MINI being one of them).
