I'm able to log in but then it gets to the screen where you chose the machine you will be working with then I'm not able to go passes that...what am I doing wrong?

Sorry to hear you are having problems. Does your machine freeze or the computer freeze up? Are you getting any error messages?
I do know that this software is still in Beta testing, meaning they are still trying to work out some of the bugs. I keep getting a bridge error which I know a lot of others are as well.
Sorry I couldn't be more helpful but I will bump this up for you and hopefully someone will come along that can help you out.

Which Cricut machine are you using?
What is the firmware numbers on the machine?

The samething is happening to me. I have NO machine hooked up to my computer at all. I sign in, click agree on the agreement and the next page gives you the choice of which machine you prefer and then nothing happens.

I figured it out........well my wife did,she had to make the display smaller(configuration of the screen) then I was able to click the "next" button. Felt little silly after I found out thats all I had to do.
