grrrr. I think of this is being quite simple. a rectangle with a circle welded to the top and then added the flowers.I have it welded, and try to cut it (cut only) through the CCR, and it pretends like it will do it, and after a pause on cutting, it stops and the blade goes to the home position. Anyone have a clue why this would happen?

I had a problem like that last week. I think it was because I had placed tape over the black outline on the imagine mat. Once I moved the tape it cut. (I did restart the imagine and CCR too so it's possible that also might have fixed it, but I'm pretty sure it was the blue tape)

What carts did you use? If I have them I could try cutting the file for you. You just need to export it to a CCR file and email it to me.

I tried cutting also with the CCR desktop version. It goes through all the motions and this is where I end up...

  1. Imagine says connected to computer
  2. CCR recognizes Imagine
  3. CCR successfully detects cartridges (George & Yummy)
  4. CCR says preparing images
  5. CCR screen says "project save failed"
  6. The imagine itself goes back to the home screen.
  7. I bang my head against the wall for the millionth time!!!
RollEyes

Not sure what is up but it is frustrating. My drivers are up to date so it is back to the CCR drawing board to see what I need to tweek to get it to work.

There isn't any tape or anything on my mats and they are loaded arrow end 1st so that isn't the problem on this end.

Does this happen to you every time you try to print/cut?

I got it a little further, CCR is now showing a screen that says "Follow instructions on imagine touch screen". The only problem is there aren't any instructions on the screen. The imagine is on the main screen, doesn't show any hint of being connected to the computer anymore! What's up with that???
