I am curious...but did not want to ask in the original topic...why would someone trade points from one cartridge for points from another cartridge? Confused At first I thought that maybe the codes are cartridge exclusive and you could only register one of each type of cartridge...But then I thought certainly someone at some time has had to replace a cartridge and get another, right? Or wrong? I mean, maybe one got lost or damaged? Just did not make sense to me. Can someone explain? Thanks!!!

Good question.
I thought you could only do one cart title per account but I am not sure on that one. Someone gave all of their points to another person a while back so?
I am having trouble with a cart right now but I'm sure if they replace it it will not come with a cert but if you buy a second one you should be able to do its points but again?
Is there a FAQ place on the rewards section that might answer that?
Let us know if you find an answer.

I can definitively say you can't enter the same cartridge twice on Rewards. My mom just got into the Cricut a month or so ago and had no intention of saving points for herself so she sent me the rewards code to one of her carts. She loved the cart so much she gave me the same one just today for my birthday. When I went to enter the rewards points, it says I have already redeemed one and cannot do it twice. My mom kept the code from her first one written down and compared it to my new cart - she says they are slightly different, but obviously the PC computer can tell what they're tied to.
