Ladies, this is my first time posting a picture on the new messageboard so I hope the picture posts ok. I usually watch the weekly challanges but don't usually get to make a card until the week is over. But this time I was able to get a card done. YEA!!!!! It is sketch 1. It is a guy card so it is kind of plain. I am making a set of guy cards. I REALLY love the sketches this week. They seem simple enough for me to do. Laugh

My kids were off of school today so I was busy at home... did a lot of cleaning actually

Thanks RAQ the doily is from an old Martha Stewart stash of doilys came in a pack i think of 10 or more.all different styles.
I just spent the last day cutting out about 3o of the scalloped card from wildcard cart so i can decorate them at some point love them there so cute I got an idea to use them with round boxes will have to play around and come back later with creation. oh and by the way thank you for the award I just don't know how to send it back to everybody never did this before I'll figure it out someday.LOL

Carolyn - Thanks, I left the die in place then gently inked around trying to only catch the edge, I like the way it leaves the embossed edge in the plain colour.

Running a little behind as usual but I was able to get all three skethes doneBigGrin I have wanted a gypsy for quite a while now and broke down this weekend and bought one (HL had on sale) so hopefully I can get that learned so can have more time for creating. I could never get DS figured out.

Even though I tag as favorites and always request emails I never get them as of the "new" board...does anybody else have that problem?

Easter card for my son (he's 12 so trying to keep it simple..not that he really cares, lol)

Using the color challenge...must put white ribbon on my shopping list. I wasn't sure about it at first but after I was done I actually liked it.

Using color challenge #93 (yellow/white/black). I know this card needs more but don't know what..any ideas?

RAQ: Thank you so much for the sketches. I had so many ideas that I ended up having a hard time deciding what to do, lol. Love your paper for sketch #1.
