Suevan, that is a wonderful, guy or gal card! I love it! Wonderful job on it all! LOVE the colors! BigGrin

Izzy, wow, I am loving what you have come up with for your card right now! It looks like art work! Those pots are fantastic! I would love to tell you who made the stamps, but I really don't know! They are unmounted rubber stamps and they don't have any labels on them! I just have been wanting cats tail stamps for so long, and they all came together!

Rj Avery, so glad you came to post here! What a wonderful card! Love the colors you used, and love the saying! I hope you decide to most more of your cards here!

VickieBryan, it really is way too cool, your card! Sometimes I ink around what ever as sort of outlining it and it will pop what ever you want to stand out! I sure hope I am making sense?!?! It really is a great card though!

Larksur, incredible cards this week! Love them, and love the soft colors you used on both cards!

ShelbyWoo, now I really want to go to the beach, thank you very much, lol Both cards are wonderful! You did a great job on them both! Hey, what cart is the fishing pole from? I think it is pretty cool looking! I bet Bryan loved these cards! Wink

Turtlebug, what a great idea to use buttons for flowers! Really sweet card!

You might be new to this MB...but you are one very talented cardmakerBigGrin BigGrin ....Welcome aboard!!

AmyMLT:
#1 very nice, love all the red, very well coordinated card! #2 very nice, cool colors, love the flowers! #3 Great colors, cute baby cut-out, like the glittery touches.

KarenSpafford:
Love the color combo, paper patterns and buttons....Don't buttons add such a great flair to cards?!!Love#2 is very encouraging to the recipient, nothing plain about it, sometimes the sentiment makes a greater impact than the picture, great job!! #3 Guy cards are hard to put together, this one has perfect "guy" colors & cutout...you know men, no ribbons, bows, glitter or bling,...sometimes "less is more", on their cards!!

KathyluvsRaggedy:
Thanks for the tip on using both my computer monitors to comment. I always write down my comments on paper & then type them to post them. This will save alot of time, not to mention the time spent writing them first! Thanks Again!!ThumpUp ThumpUp

Larkspur:
Card #2 is very crisp, clean & to the point. Like it alot! #3 WOW!! What a cute card, flowers are awesome, love everything about this card. It would be perfect for my little GD, she loves dogs and I'm sure she would love to replace her older brother with this dog!!Laugh Laugh

ShelbyWoo:
Another WOW!! This is awesome, lately you are really exploding with creativity. Very nice work!! Is there something in the water in Texas, that you & Sandy have been drinking? You both have been doing some serious crafting here!! Card #1 Great Ad Colors and borders, nice job.

JIW311
#1 very colorful! Love the BG paper & the punch pattern. And, of course, I love your little critter friend, with it's tiny hat & flower in the mouth. I think it's related to my little Avatar friendLaughLaugh

NanaDonna:
As always, simply beautiful! Great how everything is coordinated and in the Ad Colors, too. Love the use of the tiny pearls in the pretty flower centers.

SueVan:
Very nice, perfect guy card, love all the details, especially the circular sentiment and the metal tag. Great colors, too!

Sandy:
OhMyGod Girl, what have you been eating, lately?!! Whatever it is ...I want some! You have so impressed me with this new burst of talent in your cardmaking skills. This card is so beautiful, love everything about it. The colors and cattails...just great. Keep it up, GirlLove Love!!!

Izzy:
Card #2 is very pretty and the style very familiar to me as I live in Tucson, Arizona. You find this type of art everywhere around here. It is used alot in home and building decor( inside & out) in what we refer to as "Southwestern". Google "TucsonArizonaNavajoIndianArt", you will find tons of links there such as....among many....art, paintings pottery, fashion, home decor, jewelry, history and museums. Hope this helps!

RjAvery:
Very sweet card, nice use of Ad Colors. Love the cute Cherub and the sentiment, very nice!

Actually, Shelby, every now and then when I go to Lowe's or HomeDepot, I pick up a few paint samples. The top pink & middle purple colors that I used on my Sketch #3 card are the paint samples which I embossed. The paint samples are kinda thick , so they cracked a little when they passed through the CuttleBug. I never though of just leaving them like that. I actually went over the cracks with pink and purple markers trying to cover up the cracking.
Next time I think I will just leave them for the "crackle" effect!!

Ok ladies.......got it done........i kinda made it look a little like sketch 1 and 3 so I will def post it here too! :) The story is that at myshericrafts this week is making an "organic" card, etc. What did that mean....really had no clue but i had this fun idea......i had bought a pack of this paper at a zoo a couple years back....in the pic it is what flowers made of and the off white embossed paper.....its made of Panda Poo! LOL! Ya, that's organic!

Shelby-PANDA POO? Hilarious! It sure made a pretty card what ever it was made from. Love the subtle colors! It looks more organic than my entry as a Design Team Member! LOL I struggled with it all week...not my norm, but it is good to be stretched a bit right? I promise I am going to learn to make the flowers this week...they are so so pretty.

Has anyone tried the Cuttlebug quilling kit? I purchased it, and made my first flower. HOWEVER...think I need to use thin papers? I used heavy cardstock, and my flower is really thick..way to thick for a card!

Carolyn, awesome birthday card! I loved the message! Just wonderful! Oh my gosh Carolyn, those flowers are gorgeous!!! So is the whole card! Love the back ground paper also! Yeah, I had a set of rubber gloves for the both of us to use when we made flowers so it wasn't so messy, lol!
